Naša praksa je projektovanje i izrada tehničke dokumentacije od početnih radova u visokogradnji do završnih izvedbenih radova. Gradimo stambene, stambeno – poslovne objekte, porodične kuće, kuće za odmor, privredne i druge objekte, te obnavljanje starih zdanja i renoviranje stambeno – poslovnih objekata.

Usluga obuhvata izradu dokumentacije sa svim potrebnim elementima i strukama u okviru projekta – arhitektonskim, građevinskim, mašinskim, elektrotehničkim, geodetskim i tehnološkim.

Kod nas radovi kreću od početne analize parcele na kojoj će biti izgrađen stambeni ili stambeno – poslovni, odnosno privredni objekat. Vrlo često naši novi objekti grade se na temeljima starih, te je potrebno ispitati stabilnost zemljišta koje u budućnosti umjesto jedne, treba da nosi više desetina stambenih, odnosno poslovnih jedinica, potom mogućnosti za priključenje na vodovodnu, kanalizacionu i elektrodistributivnu mrežu. Razmatra se veličina objekta, vrsta i njegova buduća namjena. Potom slijede projektovanje i oblikovanje, uklapanje objekta sa parcelom, vodeći računa da se poštuju zakonski standardi, ali i funkcionalnost, estetika i uklapanje u okolinu i urbanistički plan grada.
